Great place to get fit
Great facility! Some areas could use an update, but overall a great place!
A very welcoming environment. Staff is always friendly and there to assist you with you questions. Locker rooms to secure you items (bring a lock). Showers to clean up afterwards if you want. Pool, courts, running track, cardio equipment, free weights and machines are at your disposal as well. Other patrons are friendly and dont mind working in with them in the lifting areas. Seperate rooms for Spin classes, stretching, core related workouts if you need. Large area in the back for kids to hang out as well. Stop by and check it out.
I lift at the YMCA frequently and I love the new weight area arrangement. No more complaints when I do deadlifts!
