I stayed here one night while traveling, and think this is easily the nicest Motel 6 I've been to. Everything was very clean, and it looks like the hotel is either quite new or recently been totally remodeled. The design of the bathroom is cool, the furnishings are modern, and while nothing fancy, the room was very good for the price. It's easy to find from the highway, but there wasn't too much road noise. I also really appreciated the quiet air conditioner.
The room was comfortable and clean. Really nice shower in the bathroom, with a bench and support bar. The woman who checked me in at the front desk was little rude, but otherwise everyone was helpful and polite. I live in town, and I stayed at Motel 6 for a night while my apartment was undergoing some repairs. While checking me in, the woman at the front desk noticed my Kearney address and almost refused to book me a room, saying that they usually don't serve Kearney residents because of some problems they've had in the past. She asked me several times whether I'd have any visitors in the room, and made sure I'd be the only one sleeping there. I didn't really appreciate receiving different treatment or following different rules than hotel patrons from out of town. Not a big enough deal to take off a star, but worth mentioning. Otherwise I had a great stay.
This was a great Hotel - Excellent staff and I loved the location! BUT Motel 6 needs to invest in some good mattresses. Room was spotless and would love to stay again but not sure if my back can do it
My first name is not Wilfrid, it is Jerome (slight correction). It was SO nice, five out of 5 Stars. It had a fridge and microwave that most other Motel 6's do not have. Very nice to stay there. Will HIGHLY recommend your place in NB to others. Thank you.
Very clean. Loved the wood/laminate floors for pet-friendly lodging. One of the only motels Ive walked barefoot in... so nice that there was no carpeting in the room. Erin, the desk clerk could not have been better - full of local info and pet-friendly herself. Will definitely stay again.
