I had an excellent stay, we only booked one night, we booked for the wrong date accidentally online, staff was very accommodating and took care of our mistake and still charged us the lower rate that was on the website, and when we mentioned we had a dog, she told us there was a fee, but she waved the fee for us! Room seemed to not be used for a bit, because air was stale which isnt a problem at all and totally understandable, not every room gets used every day, windows opened so I was able to get fresh air in room, water for shower was very hot, which is great! The continental breakfast was a real treat! They had a waffle iron, and you make the waffle yourself, it was delicious, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, apples, cereal, and more! To top it off breakfast was 6 to 9, leaving people a lot of time to come down and eat. My favorite part is that the ice machine was right outside of the room she gave us! In a very quiet area for getting a great nights sleep. I left very satisfied. I dont normally leave reviews about anything, but this place was exceptional, between staff being so friendly and accommodating, and the great location and large parking lot for us to fit our trailor, thanks super 8!
Last minute booking, they got us a room in record time and the rooms were very nice and CLEAN! I could've taken the bed home with me, it was so comfortable. And the price was affordable! Thank you Super 8
Super nice! Pillowcases we're t-shirt material. Really soft. Water leak from the light/fan in the bathroom, but it dripped directly into my toilet. No mess! Couple of quarter sized flakes of plaster on the floor, but at least the floor wasn't wet. I was so tired, that it didn't bother me. The bed was nice.
The place looks like it was recently renovated and looks great. The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. The room was easy to get to. The AC didn't work as well as it should have and then it did overnight. It truly has a mind of its own. The fridge didn't work very well either, but worked well enough. There are several places nearby to eat and shop at, some of which are within walking distance. There are lots of amenities for those who are either aging or handicapped. The continental breakfast has actual.fresh waffles you can make AND biscuits and gravy along with other general items like cereal, fruits, juices and coffee.
Thus property is a bit worn. Some elements have been updated but hold patched in the tub, tub faucet needs changing, stopper strange, shower leaked as tub filled. Both ice machines were not working. We were told that McDonalds would allow us to get ice across the street.Parking lot is good sized. We were towing another vehicle and there was plenty of parking and easy turnaround. We will see how things go through the night and post again if there is an update.
